This Coffee's Story

Solomon Garcia is the head of Union San Pedro and one of the most recognisable figures in Oaxacan specialty coffee. His fields serve as demonstration plots for the co-op, showcasing shade management, stumped and replanted trees, and compatible crops including vanilla, cacao, cardamom and cinnamon growing alongside the coffee.
