 Rojelio manages operations at the Finca Chelin wet mill across the many varied processes and fermentations that go on there.This experience of working alongside the innovative Enrique Lopez and his son Alejandro as well as the opportunity to work with many different varieties has informed Rojelio’s management of his own farm, processing and variety selection.We are all very excited to offer Rojelio’s  coffees for the first time this year as his pink bourbon and gesha coffees have now reached  maturity.The farm is located in Cerro Perrico in the Sierra Sur mountains in the west of Oaxaca, close to the Pacific coast.These lot have been processed in a traditional washed style to highlight the characteristics of the varieties and the terroir of the Sierra Sur
