    this coffee's story

    Maribel focuses on quality-driven, sustainable production, and her farm is primarily planted with Gesha and Caturra varieties, known for their high productivity and resistance to oxidation.

    Seasonal workers on the farm are trained in selective harvesting to ensure peak ripeness. This lot is washed using a fermentation time of between 30 and 40 hours with drying on raised beds.

    The result is a cup that’s clean, sweet, and bright. Expect light, floral, and fruity notes of cranberry, jasmine, and raspberry.
