The elevation provides a diverse microclimate, and Luiz’s experimental approach to cultivation (including shade-grown lots) creates ideal conditions for exotic varieties like Sudan Rume to thrive.

For this lot, cherries were carefully hand-picked and processed using a washed method to preserve clarity and showcase the unique varietal character. The team’s meticulous attention to detail results in a cup that is elegant, transparent, and vibrantly sweet.
