    At Finca Chelín in Oaxaca, Enrique López grows coffee with patience, curiosity, and deep care for his craft. This Gesha is one of four expressions in our Chelín Series — same variety, same harvest, shaped only by process — offering a clear look at how decisions at origin influence flavour.

    The Hydronatural Natural process begins with partially drying ripe cherries before rehydrating and fermenting them again. The result is a Gesha with generous fruit sweetness and lively acidity, balanced by a clarity and composure that keeps everything beautifully in place.
