    this coffee's story

    We’ve sourced directly from Antônio Lima Reis at Bela Vista since 2020, while our partnership with Mario Mejia is new for 2025. Together, these coffees combine to produce a perfectly balanced brew that captures the essence of both regions.​

    At Bela Vista, Antonio uses a unique intermitted drying process to enhance sweetness and balance. Meanwhile, at el Jardin, the team wash the coffee and then ferment for approximately 30 hours.​

    We love the versatility of this coffee. Whether it’s enjoyed straight or paired with milk, expect notes of green apple and milk chocolate.
