Finca Chelín coffees are renowned for their exceptional quality and variety, setting them apart from typical association offerings. With a focus on experimental fermentation methods, Enrique is a leading figure in Oaxaca's coffee scene, providing training and connections for producers like Esther Escamila. He aims to elevate Oaxacan
coffee to premium status, employing unique honey processing techniques that enhance flavour through fermentation. Each Chelín lot represents a distinct varietal, promising a diverse selection of exceptional coffees.

Anacafe 14 is believed to have originated around 1980 through a natural cross between a Catimor variety (Timor Hybrid 832/1 x Caturra) and Pacamara in the Department of Chiquimula, Guatemala. This hybrid was discovered by farmer Francisco Manchamé. Following its discovery, Anacafe 14 underwent several cycles of mass selection, where individual plants displaying superior traits were chosen, and their seeds were pooled to create a new generation. Additionally, the National Coffee Association of Guatemala (ANACAFÉ) conducted genealogical selection processes. After these extensive selection processes, Anacafe 14 was officially released as a commercial variety in 2014
