    this coffee's story

    Bold is a mix of old and new. Blue Batak, grown above Lake Toba, has been cultivated by the Batak people since the 13th century. While Bela Vista is a farm powered completely by solar panels, echoing our commitment to sustainability.

    Blue Batak is processed using Giling Basah (wet hulling), a method unique to Indonesia. At Bela Vista, cherries dry in 12-hour cycles, alternating hot and cold air to enhance sweetness.

    Whether served straight or with milk, Bold delivers a sweet, full-bodied cup with rich notes of chocolate, cranberry, and camomile.
