    At Finca Chelín in Oaxaca, Enrique López grows coffee with patience, curiosity, and deep care for his craft. This Gesha is one of four expressions in our Chelín Series — same variety, same harvest, shaped only by process — offering a clear look at how decisions at origin influence flavour.

    The Hydronatural Washed process begins by partially drying ripe cherries to concentrate sugars and acidity before rehydrating, depulping, and washing them. This method combines the fruit lift and energy of a natural with the clarity and structure of a washed coffee, resulting in a Gesha that is clean, expressive, and beautifully balanced.
