Course Terms & Conditions

1. SCA Learner Number
Each participant is required to provide Bell Lane Coffee Roasters with their SCA Learner Number (this is a free learner ID obtained after creating a profile on the Specialty Coffee Association website at sca.coffee).

2. Payment
Full payment is required to confirm a participant’s place on a course. Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least one week before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. 

Courses may be rescheduled within one week of the course date, allowing participants to transfer to another available course within the Bell Lane training calendar. Only one reschedule is permitted.

If a participant cannot attend the rescheduled course or event, no further rescheduling or refunds will be offered.

Cancellations made within one week of the course start date, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.

4. Photography & Recording
Bell Lane reserves the right to record or take photographs during its courses and events for promotional purposes, including use on its website, social media channels, and more.

If a participant does not wish to appear in any photos or videos, it is their responsibility to inform the trainer or host prior to, or at the beginning of, the course or event.

5. Course Delivery
Bell Lane Coffee Roasters reserves the right to amend course content, trainers, or schedules when necessary.
