    In Oaxaca, Mexico, poverty affects up to 80% of the population and coffee farmers struggle with declining yields, producing just 100kg annually—not enough to sustain a living.

    Union San Pedro is working to reverse this trend, revitalising coffee farming through fair pricing, youth employment programs, and alternative crops like cacao and cardamom.

    Beyond creating sustainable livelihoods, this unique coffee collective is also preserving the famed Pluma Hidalgo variety, securing a brighter future for Oaxacan coffee.

    The final cup is as interesting as the story behind it. Look forward to notes of medjool, red apple, and toffee.
