    Grown at Fazenda Santuário Sul, this experimental Starmaya lot is a result of innovation in both variety and processing, designed to push the boundaries of Brazilian coffee.

    The Starmaya variety is a rare F1 hybrid, prized for its productivity, resilience, and excellent cup quality. At Santuário Sul, it's cultivated under shade and processed using a natural fermented aerobic method, bringing out bold, expressive flavours in the cup.

    Expect high acidity balanced by deep sweetness and structure. The final cup reveals notes of kiwi, ginger, and blackcurrant, with a clean yet lingering finish. This is a standout example of the innovation brewing in Brazil today.
